an age old problem...

I've got a new monitor running off my macbook - and the best resolution 
for me crops of the bottom 30px or so of my desktop - is there any way 
of moving a document/window up the screen so I can reach the bottom 
right corner of the doc/window so I can resize it to fit the height of 
my screen.

I can change the resolution and scale it - but it's a pain cos every 
time I open TextWrangler it opens a document to full screen and I can't 
reach the bottom right corner.

This must be a common problem when you get a new monitor.

Any ideas?
