Lol... the brainwashing was pretty intensive... Rick hasn't been  
working for us for a while now, but the effects seem to be pretty  
permanent ;)

But I do have to back him up on that, Plone really is good for  
intranets.  Out the box you get most of what you need for a simple  
system.... but then you can do some pretty heavy customisation on it  
if you want to.
