Don't really see how it could be done in Flash, due to sandbox  
restrictions. There's no file I/O, beyond the standard HTTP/HTTPS  
FileReference.upload(), which doesn't give the client any access to  
the files themselves. It also offers no support for folder access. No  
drag and drop either. You could do it with AIR which offers all of the  
above, but that would somewhat defeat the idea of it being browser- 
based.
