Good morning [_],

I have a friend who is currently running his company as a sole trader
and has started to negotiate contracts etc with some big companies so
has decided to create a limited company (good for legal reasons
apparently). Does anyone know where he could go for advice on how to
do this, what needs to be done, how it affects things like banking,
etc? He's basicaly a techie start up, not internet but software.
