Anyone else still being shafted by the changes Protx have made? We are now deploying a denial of service attack on their telephone system in an attempt to actually talk to someone. Spent 2.5 hours on hold listening to jazz music on friday only to have the line become engaged when we got to "first" in the queue. Today we have moved to easy listening and have just been informed it will take 70-80 mins to get through to someone (despite starting out half an hour ago with only 25-30 mins). Seems to me there's quite a few people out there who want to talk to Protx at the moment! rick (not Rick)
