Hi,

Can anyone recommend some decent, hardware based (or as is more often
these days, software based black boxes) load balancing units for a
high availability and redundancy environment?

I am currently looking at the Barracuda Load Balancer but would love
recommendations for other units to look at.

Secondly, can anyone recommend a network and system monitoring
environment for what will primarily be a Windows (server and desktop)
based infrastructure?

Recommendations are always preferential to random Googling, although
it does not preclude it :)
