Hi all, > What's the current vogue for using OoO assistants in Outlook (2003)? Danger Will Robinson..... we've been blacklisted by SpamCop because of out-of-office messages... http://www.spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/329.html Quick summary: they have secret honeypot addresses. If you send mail to a honeypot, you must have brute-forced guessed it, therefore you must be a spammer. Real spammers figure out honeypot addresses and put them as fake source or reply-to addresses in spam. Out of office responder replies to honeypot address. Whole office gets blacklisted. It's happened to us at least twice in the last year... I've forbidden auto-responders as a result, and still have to explain everytime someone goes on holiday. -- Cheers, Mike mjp at filmsat59.com http://www.filmsat59.com Films at 59 Ltd, 59 Cotham Hill, Bristol.
