Main issue is that the text flows right to left.  This may not be an  
issue for simple sites, but beware when doing CMS or database stuff.   
We did a pitch for a large Arabic airline a few years ago and it  
wasn't too bad.  We use Plone, we can handle arabic and hebrew (both  
right-to-left languages) fine.  Actual issue for us was we had no  
idea what we produced actually said!  If you need any more help with  
it give me a shout.
