If you want to change that, apply at 3Sixty the next time Iwein posts a 
relevant job. In addition to (sort of) regular internal cross-training 
sessions, they gave an annual training allowance and were quite flexible 
about letting me duck out a bit early for industry-related events.

In fact, I believe they won an award from the IPA for their staff 
development.
