Thanks Rupert, I'm hesitant to setup a SO as it is something that I've only really come across within the personal banking environment and a Direct Debit seemed more common place, do you send the client a standard letter they can sign and send off to their banks or just leave it to them? None of the banks seemed interested in giving us a Direct Debit facility so we give the choice of annually in advance or monthly by standing order. It is very quick and easy to set up an SO. We thought about using our Worldpay facility, with cart identities generated by the callback facility, but the charges would be high (and perhaps your customers would have to use a credit card?). I would go for standing orders every time.
