Hmph.  Semantically, the 'tree' structure is junk; there's no structural
inference in the markup - it's all 'base level' stuff, with some headings
thrown around here and there.

I've yet to see a meaningful interactive 'tree' in some from any of these
JavaScript frameworks - Google use a bloody table to do theirs, FFS...
