i'm not that interested in going to glasters myself, there are more 
interesting in festivals like the big green, shambala, glade etc
however, i cant help thinking that this talk of stadium gigs and b+b's 
is some what missing the point of going to a *festival*

there is a lot to be said for the kind of total immersion 4-6 day 
festivals provide
after that many days each containing say for example 1-2 saunas, 1-2 
treatments(with strange and sometimes dubious methods), 3-4 
performances, 2-3 workshops, 1-2 talks on strange and perhaps unknown 
subjects, 3 meals + many snacks all from different cultures + places and 
of course a copious supply of the intoxicant of your 
choice(appleton/cider), one tends to see the world rather differently 
and feel more alive.

im not sure you get that with the b+b and wembly arena treatment...
