there were 3 of us all trying phones and net at the same time, ended
up getting a friend of one of the groups boyfriend in london to do it,
which they managed without too much fuss, 3 times no less! anyone else
think there was some regionality to this? (think there was a couple of
years ago as well, south west got stiffed!)
