why did you do that? did it not occur that there are but a finite number 
of connections any server can handle? hammering them with 50 
simultaneous requests does nothing but put their machines under even 
more strain than they already are. all you can be certain of with 
behaviour like that is more refused requests and the very real 
possibility of getting your IP blocked/refused by pissed off sysadmins. 
it's clear that the glasto organisers ought to get some more/better kit 
as the website crashed every year but... sheesh. what you did is 
effectively a DOS attack.
