It'll be interesting to see the first successful prosecution using this act.
It's simply beautiful to see businesses covering their behinds to the
point where they can't even ask for GCSE results. That's just
brilliant... but it points to either people reading this act
incorrectly or the lawmakers being a bit too general. (I like to think
the former... sorry, Thayer.)
I'd like to think this is more about allowing older people to continue
working past the age of 65 or whatever. I know a few people who are
being muscled out of the workplace because their old, and it's frankly
disgusting.
