Yeah.. that's my point. Nice to hear I'm not the only one :)

I've heard it's now illegal (or at least, "wrong") to discriminate by
that, unless writing and communication skills are considered a (or
possibly, the) primary point of the job, as with authors,
speechwriters, etc. It being unfair to people who have poor spelling
and/or language skills. Something my sister was going on about which
I can't remember the details of.
