			I didn't miss the last paragraph - I just didn't respond to them all.

I responded to the one about trespass cos it was way off.
The one about Rackspace was not right either because actually they do
patch my machine for me as part of my contract - but hey ho.

Thanks for the link - I was aware of that one - but was trying to find
out if anyone had actually ever bothered reporting hacking in the past
before ringing them up - hence my original (but seemingly looooong time
ago) post.
