[_] (OT) Faulty product does it have to go back to the manufacture first?

I recently bought the new iPod Video from Apple via the phone. The
first one has a whopping dead pixel, and they shipped me out a new one
very quickly (TNT are picking up the first one today). But the new one
also had a bloody dead pixel and a totally different, warmer screen.
What the hell are you meant to do- keep on returning them until you
get a perfect one?

Pff.

They'll be getting a call in five months time.
