I've installed xampp [1] on my Windows machine in order to have a
quick play with Drupal without getting sysadmins involved :p
Anyway, port 80 is seemingly being used by an existing service, but
all I get is a blank page in the browser from http://localhost/ - no
source HTML at all.
How can I find out what process is serving up on port 80?
I have Tomcat (via Eclipse on 8080 and natively on 8180) and IBM
Websphere installed, but that's not even running.
Any ideas?
