Well, I'd always regarded it in the same category of book ("annoying hippy
stuff") as Jonathon Livingstone Seagull its ilk, although I've absolutely no
basis for that assertion other than certain annoying people I've met at
parties who liked it. Perhaps they missed the point.
As for Zen... I'll stick to koans. Second only to the calypsos of
Bokononism.
