this I do generally, however a web app I've been building relies on JS
for ajax searching and sortable lists for the interface, it just plain
wouldn't work without JS (but it's a subscription based site, so we
can inist on JS being active as the client has direct contact with
users).
Wherever possible I would always try to keep my JS separate and as
unabtrusive as possible.
I was just curious :)
