I have no opinion on the method, this is more about the need for it. The
vast majority of pages that I need to print out, I never even bother
looking for a 'print' icon/button on the page, and instead just hit the
'Print' icon in my browser. Unless the page is laden with ads this
always has favourable enough results for me. Personally I'd question the
need for the button first, before worrying about how to implement it.
