One of my regular freelance employers www.morganwylie.com (new version
going live very soon) is looking for designers, front-end developers
and people who bridge the gap for freelance work.

Designers need to:

• produce exciting, unique and creative designs appropriate to a project
• extend/improve and work with existing designs

Developers need to:

• produce hand coded, valid, accessible markup
• xml/css layouts
• javascript (AJAX a bonus)
• some php/mysql would be handy

Site builders need to:

• do all of the above, though perhaps not so in-depth

Everyone should:

• be flexible enough to work within a team structure or on your own
• be aware of web standards & accessibilty
• work from home
