					Hi All,

Bit of long shot this.
I'm trying to model the activity(s) of my company with a view to setting up
workflows.
I'm having trouble getting all the dependencies laid out in a sensible way
just using Word/Excel.

The sort of thing I'm after is say... modelling a phone call with all the
stages, decisions and information requirements annotated somewhere


Can anyone recommend a tool or system to do this kind of thing?
