Would you not assume that a 'fanatically supported' host, who you are 
paying for a MANAGED SERVICE, would not do that for you? Isn't that 
their whole bloody job and the reason they charge so much? They are 
there to look after your box, because you're damn well paying them to do 
such that, because you recognise that you don't perhaps have the sys 
admin skills, or time, required to do so.

If blame should be placed anywhere, it isn't in Romania at the moment, 
it should be why *they* let this happen imho.

If they got in via some out-dated script, then fair enough - they cannot 
protect against that - but if it was via -anything- OS/service related, 
the blame falls in their court if you ask me. The problem being of 
course is that they are the ones telling you how it happened, so you've 
no way of proving them right/wrong.
