HI,
I was wondering if anyone recognises the following directory structure
and info found in a url string, and whether from it, it is possible to
tell what cms the site is using.

cps/rde/xchg and hs.xsl

The system used seems to generate a long / unwieldy url string and
directory structure 
I have searched Google and found loads of sites that seem to have the
same info in their url string / use the same system - including .gov
sites - I just wondered if someone could identify it as a particular
cms/system to shed any light on it for me.
