Does anyone know the best way to handle a redirecting 404 page?
Say www.mydomain.com/amadeupfolder actually taking you to
www.mydomain.com/page.php?ContentID=15

well how about 

www.mydomain.com/amadeupfolder actually taking you to
www.mydomain.com/page.php?ContentRef=amadeupfolder

instead,assuming you can add the extra column into your that's fairly easy
to do with mod rewrite.

Also, you DO want mod re write, not a 404 handler - a 404 error will play
havoc with your SEO
