A nice idea, but the thing is I'd like to stream and record at the same
time. So either some kind of fancy firewire splitter is in order, or I'd
have to take the analogue output of the camera into the DVD recorder. Plus
DV->MPEG2 is not always a happy conversion (different grid sizes, iirc).
