Hi all,
We've got 6 120GB Western Digital IDE hard disks (WD1200JB) going cheap,
from a RAID array I've just upgraded (mmm, a single 2TB partition...
magic!).
Would suit a raid or external IDE->USB/firewire backup box. I wouldn't use
them as a single primary drive cos of their age.
Anyway, £12 each (or less if you bulk buy). They've been in service for just
over 3 years, but only really in a spinning state (not too much
reading/writing - it's an archive server, not a live fileserver). To buy new
is around £40. If they go wrong within 6 months I'll give you your money
back.
Contact me offlist.
Cheers,
Oliver.
