Incidentally, does the BT Micro do that stupid BT phone thing of
picking up the line every once in a while just to see if a 1571
message has been left? I've actually been caught out by engaged
tones when I happened to call such a phone right when it was faffing
about, and there doesn't seem to be any way of switching this
"feature" off. It's the only reason why I dislike BT's phones. In
all other ways, they tend to be comfortable, ergonomic and feature-
loaded.
