Thought I'd cross post from Bristol Media two upcoming BBC events:
BBC Innovation Labs
This coming Friday (Nov 3rd) at The Watershed

The event will last from 12-5pm, and will consist of presentations from
BBC speakers, information about how the Innovation Labs project works,
and an idea generating exercise. Its an informal event, aimed at giving
all attendees the opportunity to meet, network and ask questions. to

Pact BBC Commissioning Brief
20 November 2006, 10.45 -12.45 at At-Bristol, Bristol
Commissioning Editors (or their executive producers) from a range of
genres will talk to a combined audience of independent and BBC in-house
producers. Each briefing will last approximately two hours and will
include opportunities for questions and one to one meetings. New Media
companies are also being invited to these briefings for some informal
networking with the television production community. To reserve a place
