I'm sure that this is what Mr Gates is beavering away on as we speak.
There was a MS chappie who spoke at one of the First Tuesday thingy's
many moons ago who talked about having rules based routing of
calls/emails  based on what your calendar said you were up to, and who
was making the call, etc.  And with Windows Mobile on phones, Exchange
2007 using SIP, looks like it's becoming possible.
