Also of importance is the legal aspect of website development and
design also with regard to accessibility, I'm sure in the coming years
this can only gain more ground and become an even hotter topic. Link

Also I don't see a valid* reason to make inaccessible table based
layouts anymore unless your really lazy or someother lame excuse, case
in point myspace, they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for
making such a piss poor site, also isn't it about time
amazon/ebay/apple/microsoft got themselves sorted out, if wikipedia
can serve a valid page why can't others?
