I'd agree with all of your points, but place Search Engine ranking
higher up the list. Problem with pimping it too much is that the
Client will be asking "how come it's not at the top now then?"
Also, point 3, repurposing content could also say "Can be seen
through other devices, i.e. Mobile/PDA. This also comes with an
asterisk unless you've checked the content across mobile browsers...
but nearly everything involving the web comes with asterisks.
