We use Java. We use Eclipse.
People in our team have tried Netbeans & Oracle JDeveloper, but always
came back to Eclipse. It's now our de facto standard IDE.
The Web Tools Project/Platform (look for the WTP all-in-one bundle) is
great for doing web Java/JSP.
