hmmm...yes but I think we are talking about something larger than simply
alt text here. I.e. for the colour blind graphical designer example, I
wonder if there a formal language which can help describe a picture in
terms of shape/form/colour/tonality/contract etc etc which would help
him/her - i.e. to stop him/her from having to ask a colleague about an
image.
