[_] Flickr API commercial usage

Hey Ollie,
Thanks for that. I have already applied for one.
I had hoped that I could get a reasonably good idea of what constituted
a commercial API key without having to go through the process so I could
give the client a timely answer. Shame they dont approach it from the
same way that google does, its much more clearer where you stand from
the moment you start speccing things out.
