[_] Flickr API commercial usage

Cheers for that.
We have done quite a bit of work with it already so using it isnt a
problem at all. Just the TOS, have tried emailing them but havent heard
anything back. Dont reckon it should be a problem either but this is a
project for a large corporation so it would be good to have a definitive
answer. Will give you a shout if I get proper answer out of someone.
