Yes. Although it's been a *very* long time since I did any table based
design, so I can't relaly remember how crappy it was. I'm sure it was

Yeeees.... true. Although I personally find that IE still throws up
plenty of unexpected and unexplainable weirdnesses that can chew up
literally hours of my time.
