[_] presentational issue (possibly)

I would have said bad - but I guess it depends on how many people have
the ability to add/edit/delete stuff and whether that includes site
visitors as well as company staff.
If it were a blog for instance with each site visitor likely to need to
edit his or her blog then yes fine a log in on every page is helpful.
As an admin only log-in however it seems a very poor use of space - and
very internally focused - i.e. areas of the customer facing site being
used for internal staff because they have the memory of a goldfish and
cant remember a log-in address?
So - I guess it depends who its for and how many people - but in general
I would say bad.

if one has a web site where there is a back office section to maintain,
add, remove pages, etc, is it good or bad to put a login to that back
office on every page of the public area of the site?
discuss.
