On a more serious note: it's very impressive.  But, you have to ask; how
much wasted productivity will you end up with from people spending hours
playing with this thing, instead of working?

I believe - from what I've seen before - this is actually a pitch for
investment capital, so that the creators can create and market final
production software based on their various demo's.  Macintosh would be the
obvious choice - based on the general nature of the thing - but, as Apple
don't currently have a tablet product, I'm not sure how much "legs" this
software would really have in the Big Bad World.
