[_] Camera media problem

Hi Martin,
Are you on an xp machine? Do you have any mapped network drives by any
chance? There's an issue in xp sp2 with mapped network drives not
incrementing the next drive letter assignment, so cards, ipods etc don't
show up as they get assigned the same drive letter as a mapped drive.
I can tell you how to fix this if this is the case...
