[_] landline phone tariffs (with broadband?)

I thought i would go with talk talk when i moved, but had to get a BT
landline before they could even tell me if i could get their free
broadband, which cost me £120 and, I couldnt!!

So I have bulldog as without the free broadband its the same price as
talktalk but quicker broadband, although I do seem to remember maybe
getting email from them saying they arent accepting new customers??
