Personally, I use the newsgroups, completely free, instant and more
up-to-date ... then stream them to the tv via my xbox.

Watched episode 9 of 24 (day 5) on Tuesday morning (in HD*), a few hours
after it was shown Stateside.

*unfortunately I don't yet have an HDTV telly, so I didn't get the benefit
of HD ... but soon my lovely ... Sooooon (insert evil laugh)
