just keep your good stuff in work and change when you get there.
cycling in the city is very rewarding especially when you grin past
people stuck in traffic. just keep yourself in the middle of the lane -
you've got just as much right to the road as the mobile using fag
smoking driver behind you.

save your car for the weekend- you'll save a few quid a day in fuel and
get healthy at the same time.
