managed, hardware annually upgraded, security fixes automatically 
applied, responsive support, superb network, no downtime.

We've got 3 dedicated servers with them, and I've personally hosted with 
them since 1997. We also have two high bandwidth servers with Layered 
Tech. You have to do *everything* yourself though, but the network is 
good and the prices are excellent. http://www.layeredtech.com
