Wasting some tax payers money to keep some people in jobs, because its
probably slightly cheaper than having anohter industry wiped out like ship
building or coal and steel mining...

Besides Im sure it will count for a lottery grant ;)

I often moan about  stopping the morons that work in goverment and the civil
service from being able to spend money on vast amounts of crap, but Im
affraid if they are not aloud to be foolish then there would be a hell of a
lot more people on the dole...
