And the aims of western health care compared to the needs of the majority of the world could not be more different - how much human suffering can be saved for the cost of treating just one "victim" of a lifestyle disease? Mind you, the until the western governments and corporates stop buggering around with developing countries for their own nefarious aims, much of the effort to improve their lot is wasted.
