[_] [help please] Office 2003 switching off menu colapse thingy

Hello,
I'm using office 2003 at the minute and one thing is really getting on
my tits is the menu colapse feature, say if you select the view menu,
it will only display the most used items then you can hover over a tab
to expand the rest of the menu. How the hell do I disable this feature
as I waste a lot of time waiting for the rest of the menu to appear?
Also god you all missed out on a long rant but decided to delete it
