[_] Who uses Netscape 4.x

Yep, on my iMac about 50% of the time, on my Linux box when I'm otherwise
engaged trying to install the latest build of Mozilla or I just get fed up
with its (occasional) random crashes, and on my <spit> Win2k box just
because I hate
microsoft (ok, so I alternate with IE, NS6, and Mozilla but tend to use IE
more for really no good reason, but I'm not admitting that in public.....)
